By entering the contest “Win an Artsy Neon worth €500” from Artsy Impact, the participant (m/f) accepts the rules below.

ORGANIZER
The contest ‘Win an Artsy Neon worth €500’ (the “contest”) is organized by Habiterra bv, with registered office at B-8300 Knokke-Heist, Kragendijk 124, VAT: BE 0865.050.552, (the “Organizer”).

PERIOD
The Contest runs from 10/06/2024 to 11/06/2024 inclusive. Registrations received after this date are excluded from participation in the Contest.

GAME RULES

• The contest amounts to the completion of 2 questions. To enter the contest, participants register at https://artsyimpact.com/generation-wow/ and answer the questions provided.
• The contest is open to any natural person domiciled in Belgium with a valid email address, excluding the organizers, as well as their family members living under the same roof. Participants under 18 years of age must obtain approval from their parent(s)/legal representative(s) before participating in the Contest.
  Participation in this Contest is free and in no way commits to the purchase of any product or service.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted (same name, same first name, same mailing address and same email address).
• The contest rules and the contest decision will not be subject to written or oral or telephone discussions. The designation of winners is final.

WINNERS

• The participant with a valid and complete participation, and who answered the closest to the outcome on the questions, will be designated as the winner. Following us on Instagram, sharing our story and tagging a friend increases his chance to win.
• The winner will be personally notified via an email explaining what they need to do to receive their prize.
• By participating, the winner grants Habiterra bv the right to publicize their name on the website and social media channels.
• The right to the prize lapses: if the e-mail address with which the participant enters the competition is not correct and, consequently, the winner cannot be contacted; if the winner does not confirm his/her prize within the period specified in the e-mail; if it is clear that the participant’s details do not correspond to reality; in the event of abuse, deception or fraud (entries by means of fictitious persons, …)

The prize is a neon voucher worth 500 euros.

The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, shorten or withdraw all or part of the competition if circumstances so require. The organizers cannot be held liable for this. Printing, spelling, typesetting or other errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever.

LIABILITY

• The Organizer, Habiterra bv, bears no responsibility for any unsuccessful attempt to participate in the competition, for example: technical interruptions, delays in receiving or sending emails, loss or corruption of data during or after transmission (non-exhaustive list). Habiterra bv also bears no responsibility for any accidents or damages of any kind caused in the award or use of the prize won or in participation in the current contest.
• Habiterra bv will not be held responsible for any expenses or costs arising from this promotion or prize awarded.
• Habiterra bv will not be liable for any loss of the “neon” after it has shipped the prize to the entrant.

FRAUD
In case of fraud or undue influence on the contest, Habiterra bv reserves the right to exclude participants.

The information provided by participants is intended for Habiterra bv. The organizer may include the personal data in its file in order to inform participants of subsequent actions that might interest them. The organizer will treat the personal data strictly confidential and with respect for privacy (law of 08.12.1992). The data of participants and winners will not be passed on to third parties. The participants have at all times the right of consultation to these data, correction or deletion.
